Mölke Restaurant Gets a Makeover: Enjoy a Charming Atmosphere with a New Menu and Decor

Zuna, March 4th, 2024 – The restaurant at Vakantiepark Mölke underwent a beautiful renovation on March 1st. With a completely redesigned interior, a cozy bioethanol fireplace, and a surprising menu full of homemade dishes, the restaurant now offers a contemporary culinary experience for foodies, tourists, and local guests.

“We’re very proud that we’ve revitalized this part of the business,” says Rutger van de Maat, owner of Mölke. “It enhances the experience not only for our vacation park guests, but also for our valued guests from the surrounding area.”

Among other things, the renovation included new tables and chairs, which gave the space a fresh and modern look. Adding a bioethanol fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a cozy evening out.

A menu full of local and homemade flavors
Mölke’s updated menu focuses on homemade dishes prepared with local ingredients. The new chef's favorites include smoked salmon with horseradish, couscous, and radishes, and the flavorful pork cheek, served with hazelnut risotto and Old Zuna cheese foam. There's plenty to enjoy for young and old alike.

More than just a restaurant
In addition to the culinary offerings, the family-friendly amenities remain an important part of the experience. The indoor playground and bowling alleys make Mölke an ideal destination for families, while the restaurant remains an excellent choice for a relaxed lunch or dinner.
