Payment

– Can I pay on departure ?

It is not possible to pay on departure or afterwards. You can pay in advance or on arrival at the latest. We must receive your payment before we can give you the keys to your accommodation or pitch.

– When do I have to pay ?

When you have made a reservation with us you will receive a confirmation with the corresponding invoice. You can pay in advance by following the payment link in your confirmation, the money will be transferred to us automatically. You can also pay on arrival with pin, credit card or cash.


Facilities

– Do I need to make reservations in advance at the restaurant?

If you wish to dine in our dinner cafe, we recommend making a reservation. This so you can be assured of a table. Would you like to make a reservation? You can do so here 

– Do I need to make reservations for bowling?

If you wish to bowl we advise you to make reservations for a bowling alley at the desired time. This so you are assured of a lane at your time. You can arrange this in advance but also upon arrival or during your stay. Would you like to make a reservation? Then make a reservation here

– Do I need to make a reservation for a whisper boat or canoe?

Yes, a reservation for our boats and canoes is required. Interest is very high, so without a reservation you have a good chance that there are no possibilities. The boating season is from April 1 to November 1. You can make reservations by phone 0548-512743 by email info@molke.nl or online. During your stay you can make reservations at the reception or recreation desk.

– Is the pool accessible to everyone?

The pool is only accessible to park guests. It is not a public pool, so unfortunately it is not possible for guests from the area to swim here. There is no supervision at the pool, so our advice is for parents to accompany your child to the pool.

– Is the outdoor playground freely accessible? 

For park guests, the indoor playground is freely accessible. If you dine in our restaurant or have a meeting/party in our party center, the indoor playground is also freely accessible.

Do you only come with your (grand)children to play in our indoor playground and do not stay in our park? Then a consumption in our restaurant is mandatory.

– Can we use the facilities if we arrive earlier?

If you arrive before 16:00 and cannot check in yet, it is of course possible to already use our facilities. Report to the reception that you have arrived and you will receive the supplies for our facilities.


Booking and cancellation

– Can I still cancel my reservation?

For reservations and cancellations, we use the Recron conditions, which state exactly what possibilities there are regarding the cancellation of your reservation. You can also take out cancellation insurance with us. In this case you can cancel your reservation free of charge until the day of arrival. If you have paid in advance we will refund the amount paid.

– Can I indicate a preferred location when booking?

If you want to stay on a preferred spot you can certainly reserve it (if still available). For this you pay € 25.00, and then you are assured of this place. You can indicate this online with your reservation but you can also contact our receptionist 0548-512743.

– Can I make an optional reservation?

You can also make an optional reservation with us. This is then (depending on the traffic and the desired period) a number of days available. You then have the opportunity to actually book or cancel this reservation without any obligation. There will be no charge for any cancellation.

– Why do I have to fill in an IBAN number?

At our vacation park you no longer have to pay a deposit, instead you fill in the SEPA form for us. This consists of your address details + your IBAN number. This form replaces the deposit. If there is any damage in your accommodation afterwards, or items are missing, we can use this form to get in touch with you to recover the damage.

– Booked with Booking.com and the number of persons is not correct?

It sometimes happens with Booking.com that the actual number of people is not the same as the number in your reservation. The exact reason is not known. Should this be the case, please inform our receptionists by e-mail info@molke.nl or call 0548-512743. They will change the number of persons for you, which will also change your reservation amount.

– Are there accommodations suitable for the disabled? 

Our Reggechalet is specially equipped for people with disabilities or walking difficulties. This accommodation is suitable for 6 persons and has extra wide doors, 1 high-low bed and bathroom and toilet with brackets.


Stay

– What time do I have to check out?

You can check out until 10:00 am, the key to your accommodation should be handed in at the reception. 

– Where can I park?

At each accommodation or pitch, 1 car may be parked (except for the car-free camping field). If you come with several cars, the remaining cars can be parked on the central parking lots in front of our vacation park. Parking in our vacation park and at the accommodations is free of charge.

– Are pets allowed?

In each accommodation or camping pitch 1 pet is allowed (with the exception of the accommodations with sauna, the tree house and group accommodations). You pay extra for bringing your pet. If you wish to bring your pet, please indicate this when booking, as we will ensure a warm welcome for your pet. The costs to bring your pet are €21,00- once and €3,00- per day.

–  How can I check in outside reception opening hours?

If you cannot check in during the regular opening hours, this is of course no problem. Just let us know in advance, so our receptionists can arrange with you what time you will arrive. Check our website for current opening hours to see what time reception is open.

–  What time should it be quiet at the park? 

After a day full of adventure and fun, it is time for rest. From 22:00 we ask you to take it easy, so everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep. So turn down the music, whisper your voices and enjoy the day. Good night!

– What time can I check in?

Check-in for accommodation is possible between 16:00 and 17:00. Pitches are available from 13:00.
