Payment
– Can I pay on departure ?
It is not possible to pay on departure or afterwards. You can pay in advance or on arrival at the latest. We must receive your payment before we can give you the keys to your accommodation or pitch.
– When do I have to pay ?
When you have made a reservation with us you will receive a confirmation with the corresponding invoice. You can pay in advance by following the payment link in your confirmation, the money will be transferred to us automatically. You can also pay on arrival with pin, credit card or cash.
Facilities
– Do I need to make reservations in advance at the restaurant?
If you wish to dine in our dinner cafe, we recommend making a reservation. This so you can be assured of a table. Would you like to make a reservation? You can do so hereÂ
– Do I need to make reservations for bowling?
If you wish to bowl we advise you to make reservations for a bowling alley at the desired time. This so you are assured of a lane at your time. You can arrange this in advance but also upon arrival or during your stay. Would you like to make a reservation? Then make a reservation here
– Do I need to make a reservation if I want to use a whisper boat or canoe?
Yes, a reservation for our boats and canoes is recommended. Demand is high, so without a reservation, availability is not guaranteed. The boating season runs from April 1 to November 1. You can make a reservation by phone at 0548-512743, by email at info@molke.nl, or online. During your stay, you can also reserve at the reception or rental desk.
– Is the swimming pool open to everyone?
The swimming pool is only accessible to park guests. It is not a public pool, so guests from outside the park cannot use it. There is no lifeguard on duty, so we recommend that parents accompany their children.
– Is the indoor playground freely accessible?
The indoor playground is freely accessible to park guests. Guests dining in our restaurant or attending an event or party can also use the playground. If you only come with your (grand)children to play in the playground and do not stay on the park, a purchase in the restaurant is required.
– Can we use the facilities if we arrive early?
If you arrive before 16:00 and cannot check in yet, you are still welcome to use the park’s facilities. Please report to the reception upon arrival; they will check if your accommodation is ready and provide you with the necessary information.
Booking and cancellation
– Can I still cancel my reservation?
Reservations and cancellations follow the Recron terms and conditions. These outline exactly what options you have for cancelling your reservation. You can also take out a cancellation insurance. In that case, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to the day of arrival. Any pre-paid amounts will be refunded.
– Can I request a preferred accommodation or pitch?
If you want a specific accommodation or pitch and it is still available, you can reserve it as a preferred spot. Additional costs may apply, depending on the type of accommodation or pitch. During booking, the exact costs are clearly shown. You can request this online or contact the reception for more information.
– Can I make an optional reservation?
Yes, you can make an optional reservation. Depending on availability and the desired period, this option is valid for a few days. You can confirm or cancel the reservation without obligation. No fees are charged for cancelling an optional reservation.
– Why do I need to provide an IBAN number?
Except for group accommodations, a deposit is no longer required. Instead, you complete a SEPA form with your address and IBAN. This replaces the deposit. If there is any damage or missing items after your stay, we can use this form to claim compensation.
– Booked via Booking.com and the number of people is incorrect?
Sometimes, the actual number of guests does not match the Booking.com reservation. If this happens, please inform the reception via email (info@molke.nl) or phone (0548-512743). They will adjust the number of guests and recalculate the price accordingly.
– Are there accommodations suitable for guests with disabilities?
Our adapted children’s bungalow “Boerderij” with a warm whirlpool is designed for families and guests requiring extra accessibility. It accommodates up to 8 people.
- The bathroom is wheelchair accessible.
- Doors to the living room and kitchen are extra wide.
- The adjustable bed is in a room where another person can sleep comfortably.
Stay
– What time is check-out?
Check-out is until 10:00. Please return your accommodation key to the reception. On Sundays, a standard late check-out until 16:00 applies.
– Where can I park?
One car per accommodation or pitch is allowed, except on the car-free camping field. Additional cars can park at the central parking area at the park entrance. Parking on the park is free.
– Are dogs allowed?
Most accommodations and pitches allow one or more dogs. To check if your chosen accommodation allows pets, select “dog” when booking. You will then see all available options.
Bringing a pet costs €25 once, plus €10 per day.
– How can I check in outside reception hours?
If you arrive outside regular check-in times, that is not a problem. Please inform the reception in advance so that your arrival can be coordinated. Current reception hours are listed on our website.
– What time should it be quiet on the park?
From 22:00, we ask guests to be quiet so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night. Please lower music, speak softly, and relax after a fun day.
– What is included in the arrival service package?
Upon arrival, a service package will be provided, which includes:
- 1 toilet roll
- Kitchen towels
- Trash bags
- 1 dishwasher tablet
- Dish brush
- Matches
If you need extra items during your stay, you can visit the local shop. For longer stays, it is recommended to bring some additional items yourself.Â
– What time can I check in?
Check-in for accommodation is possible between 16:00 and 17:00. Pitches are available from 13:00.
