Algemene voorwaarden
Groups
When a reservation is made for multiple persons who are considered a group, the person making the reservation is obliged to report this immediately and explicitly. The person making the reservation is jointly and severally liable for fulfilling all obligations, both for themselves and for all members of the registered group. Group stays are only possible to a limited extent at Holiday Park Mölke. Upon arrival, the group must pay a security deposit at the reception for the rented accommodation, the amount of which will be determined in mutual consultation.
Young people
Young people under the age of 21 who travel alone are not admitted to the rental accommodations or the campsite.
Visitors
If you receive visitors, we kindly ask you to report this at the reception. A fee of €2.50 per person applies for visitors. Visitors may then also use the indoor swimming pool. Visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 PM at the latest.
If you would like your visitors to stay overnight, a fee of €7.50 per person applies, excluding tourist tax and bed linen. Cars of visitors can be parked in the general parking area. External guests who are not registered are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
Complaints
Despite all our care and organization, it may happen that you have a complaint. In that case, you can report your questions or comments directly at the reception so that we can resolve the issue together. If the complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, you have the opportunity to submit the complaint in writing to Overijssel Holiday Park Mölke up to 14 days after departure. Your complaint will then be thoroughly investigated.
Liability
Mölke Recreatie B.V. is not liable for damage or injury resulting from a stay on our premises, damage caused by the use of facilities available on the premises, claims arising from noise nuisance caused by third parties, orally or telephone-provided information, or the failure or unavailability of facilities and or amenities.
General reservation
Prices include VAT. In the event of changes, we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly. All prices in this brochure are subject to change. Errors or omissions in this brochure are not binding. The Recron Conditions apply.
Reservation
Reservations for an accommodation can be made directly via the internet or by telephone with Mölke Recreatie. You will receive your reservation confirmation or invoice no later than one week after requesting the reservation. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking. The rates take into account the available facilities and whether or not they are used during the period of your stay.
Preference
If you wish to stay at a specific location, you can reserve this if available. A preference fee of €30.00 applies for an accommodation and €45.00 for a camping pitch. This guarantees the chosen spot. You can indicate this online during your reservation or contact our reception.
Payment
At the time of reservation, 50 percent of the rental sum must be paid. The remaining amount must be received no later than one month before the start of the stay.
Cancellation and cancellation conditions
By taking out cancellation insurance, you can protect yourself against the costs of a possible cancellation. If no insurance has been taken out and you cancel the rented accommodation, the cancellation conditions according to Article 6 of the Recron Conditions apply. These conditions are as follows. In case of cancellation more than three months before the start date, 15 percent of the agreed price is charged. In case of cancellation within three to two months before the start date, 50 percent is charged. In case of cancellation within two to one month before the start date, 75 percent is charged. In case of cancellation within one month before the start date, 90 percent is charged. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100 percent of the agreed price is charged.
The compensation will be refunded proportionally, after deduction of administration costs, if the accommodation is reserved by a third party proposed by the guest and with written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part thereof. Cancellation insurance can be taken out up to a maximum of two weeks after reservation.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the accommodation can be occupied from 4:00 PM onwards. Upon arrival, you will receive the key and relevant information at the reception. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM.
Final cleaning
Your bungalow will be cleaned by us upon departure. You only need to leave the accommodation broom clean, wash the dishes and clean the refrigerator. The duvets should be folded and placed on the beds and the sheets should be put into a pillowcase. Garbage bags should be disposed of in the container.
Occupancy
Use and occupancy are limited to the maximum number of persons for which the accommodation is equipped. A complete inventory is available in the accommodation.
Bed linen package and children’s furniture
Upon arrival, bed linen packages are provided in the bungalow, cottage or caravan. If you wish to change your bed during your stay, bed linen packages can be rented at the reception. This package consists of a fitted sheet, a sheet and a pillowcase for one person. A camping bed and or high chair can be rented and must be indicated at the time of reservation. The duvet and bed linen for the camping bed must be brought by yourself.
Car
One car may be parked at each accommodation or camping pitch, except for the car free camping field. If you arrive with multiple cars, the additional cars can be parked in the central parking areas at the front of the holiday park. Parking at the accommodations and on the holiday park is free of charge.
Pets
In almost all accommodations and camping pitches, one or sometimes multiple dogs are allowed. To check whether dogs are allowed in your desired accommodation, you can select a dog during your reservation. You will then immediately see all available options.
An additional fee applies for bringing a pet. If you bring a pet, this must be stated at the time of reservation. The costs are a one time fee of €21.00 plus €10.00 per day.
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and must be walked outside the park. Pets are not allowed in our main buildings.
Business reservations
To ensure an optimal holiday experience for our guests, we do not accept business reservations or reservations for workers.
Nuisance
It is not permitted to use or bring drugs onto the holiday park during your stay.
