Check-in for accommodation is possible between 16:00 and 17:00. Pitches are available from 13:00.

If you cannot check in during the regular opening hours, this is of course no problem. Just let us know in advance, so our receptionists can arrange with you what time you will arrive. Check our website for current opening hours to see what time reception is open.

You may check out until 10:00 a.m. The key to your accommodation must be returned to reception. On Sundays, a standard late check-out until 4:00 p.m. applies.

On Sundays, you can enjoy a late check-out until 4 p.m. as standard. That means extra time to relax in the warm bubbles, wake up gently with a lovely morning walk and then enjoy a leisurely lunch together. That way, you can get the most out of your stay.

In each accommodation or camping pitch 1 pet is allowed (with the exception of the accommodations with sauna, the tree house and group accommodations). You pay extra for bringing your pet. If you wish to bring your pet, please indicate this when booking, as we will ensure a warm welcome for your pet. The costs to bring your pet are €21,00- once and €10,00- per day. A service pack will be waiting for you upon arrival. It contains one toilet roll, kitchen towels, bin bags, a dishwasher tablet, a washing-up brush and matches. If you need any additional supplies during your stay, you can visit the local shop. Are you staying longer? Then it is a good idea to bring some extras with you.

After a day full of adventure and fun, it is time for rest. From 22:00 we ask you to take it easy, so everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep. So turn down the music, whisper your voices and enjoy the day. Good night!

If you would like to stay in a specific spot, you can reserve it (if still available). This will cost you €30.00 for accommodation and €45.00 for a camping pitch at a preferential rate. This guarantees you this spot. You can indicate this online when making your reservation, or you can contact our reception on 0548-512743.
